Akwa Ibom Lawmaker Etteh Launches Free Medical Outreach For Constituents
A great number of constituents of Eket/ONNA/Esit Eket/Ibeno Federal are expected to benefit from free and comprehensive medical outreach courtesy of Hon. Okpolupm Etteh.
According to information made available to journalists, the outreach which is in partnership with the Maryam Babangida National Center for Women Development is expected to commence on the 9 of September and ends on the 25 of September with focus on critical health challenges including Gynaecological, Eyes and General surgeries, Reading Glasses, Medical lab tests, Medical consultation/ treatment, Health sensitisation and counselling.
The outreach will kick off at the Cottage Hospital, Upenekang, Ibeno LGA on 9 September and ends on 11 September, the team will move to Cottage Hospital, Ekpene Obo, Esit Eket from 13 September
to 15 September; General Hospital, Awa Iman, ONNA LGA, 18 to 20 September while Eket, Federal Constituency headquarters will take its turn on 23 to 25 September.
The exercise according to the release begins at 8am – 6pm daily at the stated locations, calling on the masses to avail themselves of the opportunity to cater for their health challenges.
